He was predeceased by: his brother Forest Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Delores Carnes; his daughters, Connie Kelly and Donna Drake (Gerald); his stepchildren, Barry Carter (Elaine) and Sherri Carter; and his siblings, Bill Carnes, Tommy Carnes and Catherine Cooper. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three step-grandchildren.
