She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Emerson; and her stepfather Franklin Emerson. She is survived by: her children, Rick Spiers and Madison Spiers; her father Jerry Watkins; her siblings, Lorie Carroll, Lin Emerson, Wayne Watkins and Steve Emerson; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Puryear, Jeremy Carroll, Ben Watkins and Grace Watkins.
