He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice T. Garland. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl L. Garland; his daughters, Christian N. Garland and Cameran N. Garland; his father John A. Garland, Sr.; and his siblings, Linda Garland, Joanne Cox (Robert), Debbie Russell (Kevin), John (Carol), Jimmie (Cathy), Mitch (Gwen) and Patrick Garland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
