She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Middlebrook and Margaret Middlebrook; and her brother Lynn Middlebrook. She is survived by: her sister Patricia M. Butler; her siblings-in-law, Bob Butler and Mittie Middlebrook; and her nephews, David Middlebrook (Cindy), Robert Middlebrook and Mark Middlebrook (Tara).
