It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Judy of Chester, Virginia, born in Romney, West Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Hilbert Everett and Lelia Belle Everett; her husband Melvin F. Judy; her son Randall Judy; her grandson Christopher Hower; and her siblings, Leo Everett, Richard Everett and Juanita Dawson.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Greenwood of Hopewell, VA, Ronald Judy of Chester, VA and Patrick Judy (Anne) of Chester, VA; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Judy of Chester, VA; and her sister Shirley Seal of Fredericksburg, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
