Cecile Bussey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2020, at the age of 89, Cecile Bussey of Chester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eslie Sledd and Mary Sledd; her stepmother Dolly Sledd; and her siblings, Joseph, Lloyd, Eslie, Jr., Harry, Pete, Eva, Ethel and Serena.
She is survived by: her husband Fred L. Bussey; her daughter Dawn; her son-in-law Michael Rancka of Midlothian, VA; her granddaughter Kate Rancka of Los Angeles, CA; her sister Norma of Melbourne, FL; and her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Sledd of Callaway, VA, Mary Sledd of Roanoke, VA and Betty Kingrey of Roxboro, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many good friends.
