We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2023, at the age of 81, Carolyn Taylor Ayres of Chester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Spencer Ayres; her parents, Willie A. Taylor and Mickie N. Taylor; and her brothers, Aubrey R. Taylor and James A. Taylor.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia A. LeSueur (Geoff) and Steven S. Ayres (Stacy); her grandchildren, Jacob T. LeSueur and Lindsay M. LeSueur; and her sisters, Grace Moss, Sue Hitt (Bobby) and Vickie Hughes.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
