He is survived by: his wife Shirley Baird Norwood; his sister Peggy Norwood; his children, Charles Beddow Jr., Billy Jearl Norwood Jr., Wanda Norwood and Steven Norwood (Wendy); and his close friend Thomas Gammon. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
