He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Barlow, Sr. and Bobbie Sue Woodruff Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Barlow; his children, Amy Cutrone and Barry "Jason" Barlow (Andrew J. Friski); his granddaughters, Hannah Blevins and Chloe Cutrone; his stepsons, Dennis T. Barker, Jr. (Rhonda) and David W. Barker; his stepgranddaughters, Kelsey, Hannah, Jordan, Cameron and Leigha; his brothers, George W. "Bucky" Barlow, Jr. and William R. "Billy" Barlow; and his pet Gracie.
