It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Palmiter of Chester, Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Palmiter and Emily Palmiter (Green). He is survived by: his wife Lorna Martin Palmiter; his daughters, Desireé Childress (Will) and Marcie Neiger (Mike); his grandchildren, Victoria Rose Antonioli (Zack), David Childress and Isaiah Childress; his stepgranddaughter Tiffany Lewis (Josh); his sisters, Geraldine Brewer and Elaine Minuto (David); and also, Ollie and Alex Neiger.
Sam's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
