He was predeceased by: his parents, Israel Williams and Janice Henry Williams; his grandfather Bossie Williams; and his sister Michelle Jones. He is survived by: his wife Gail Williams; his children, Natalie Williams (Dallas), Leslie Williams and Tim Williams Jr. (Sarah); his grandchildren, Leah Williams and Easton McClanahan; and his siblings, Tammy Williams, Tina Smeltzer (Troy), Teresa Smedley (Bryan), Israel 'TJ Williams (Angela) and Ricky Haddock (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Front Royal Little League, PO Box 1980, Front Royal, VA.
