He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Cary and Lucy Ann Williams; his wife Edna Miller Williams; and his siblings, Downing Williams, Garfield Williams, Dalton Williams, Paul Williams, Charles Linwood Williams, James Elwood Williams, Lawrence Randolph Williams and Naomi Dulin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Williams of Chester Gap and April Vencill of Colonial Beach; his siblings, Russell Leo Williams of Chester Gap, Jessie Wines of Chester Gap and Mattie Frazier (Charlie) of Chester Gap; his grandchildren, Chelsea Sowder (John), Joshua Vencill and Noah Vencill; and his great grandchildren, Evelynn Vencill, Frankie Vencill, Naomi Sowder, Kinslee Vencill and Chelsee Kerns.
