He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty L. Fogle Eackles; his wife Janey L. Ubben Fogle; his children, Michael Fogle of Culpeper and Lucy Harrison of Chester Gap; his brother Bennie Eackles of Front Royal; and his grandchildren, Faith Harrison and Brantley Harrison.
