He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschell Sr. Blevins and Bertha Kirk Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Shirley V. Blevins; and his children, Bryan Herschell Blevins, Winfield Lee Blevins, Wanda Clevenger and Connie Ransom. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
