He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Wines and Katherine Henry Wines; his siblings, Ford Lee Haun, Herman Robinson, Roger Haun, Truin Wines, Mazie Williams, Daisy Jones, Hazel Williams and Marlen Wines; and his son-in-law Timmy Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughters, Sandra Brown (Todd) and Gail Williams; his grandchildren, Clinton Wines (Kandace), Natalie Williams (Dallas), Ashley Smith (Vernon), Leslie Williams (Michael) and Tim Williams (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kyndahl, Leah, Randy, Russell, Emalyn and Easton; and his siblings, Ray Wines, Helen Foster, Virgie Ubben, Lou Williams and Mae Oliver.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
