He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Q. Pullen and Julia Virginia Dulin Pullen; and his siblings, Frank, Billy Pullen, Eleanor Ryan, Ann Williams, Gracie Himes and Barbara Morris.

He is survived by: his sisters, Ruby Reid (Stanley) of Culpeper, Elsie Wines (Jerry) of Front Royal, Sue Taylor of Front Royal and Sandra Kay Pullen of Chester Gap; and his brother-in-law Ronald Morris of Chester Gap. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
