He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mills Cahoon; his sons, William D. Cahoon, Joseph E. Cahoon, Joshua J. Cahoon (Chelsea), James D. Mills (Billie Jo), Daniel C. Mills (Kimberly) and Gary W. Mills (Olivia); his sisters, Dorothy Dixon and Mary Dozer; and his grandchildren, David, Eric, Daniel, Brandon, Logan, Haley, Korie, Michael Seth, Shyanna, Lillie, William, Lora and Cole.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel (524 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
