Treat; and his children, Jeff Jr., Stephanie, Jeffrey Phillip (Harley), John W. Treat and Alison Keement. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Oman Funeral Home and Crematory (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6309 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
