He is survived by: his wife Ann Cluverius Waibel; his children, Michael Waibel, Jr., Jessica Hou (Jeff), Marshall, Reagan, Grayson, Courtlin and Trager; his brother Mason Battle; his sister-in-law Marina; his niece Miranda; his sister Christine Waibel-Atkins; his brother-in-law Brad; his nephew Alexander; his niece Christine; his father Clifford Wayne Waibel; his aunt Frances Juliano Piper; his stepmother Barbara Battle; and his stepsiblings, Beverly Bengies, Roger Sawyer and Elton Sawyer.
