With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Norfleet Moritz of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Norfleet and Rachel Norfleet; and her brother Larry Norfleet (Margaret) of Chesapeake. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth F. Moritz Sr. (Over); her children, Christine Moritz Adams (Austin) of Vienna, VA and Kenneth F. Moritz Jr. (Tina) of Virginia Beach; her brothers, Gary (Joy) and Wally Norfleet (Gina) of Chesapeake; and her grandchildren, Lily, Aubrey and Tanner.
Donations in her honor may be made to Georgetown Ministry, St Paul's United Methodist Church, Chesapeake, VA to support families facing food insecurity.
