He is survived by: his wife Earlene Pelham of Norfolk, VA.; his daughter Veronica Pelham of Norfolk, VA; his stepchildren, Simone (Larry), Lovell and Lakisha; his grandchildren, Derrick Custis, Jr., Amarie'Mitchell, Jovon Reed and Kendall Reed; his sisters, Valda Rogers Richard (James) of Washington, NC and Deloris Rogers Moore of Chocowinity, NC; his sisters-in-law, Gloria Gray, Jackie Shaheed (Murray) of Norfolk, VA and Ann Meehan of Graham, NC; his brothers, Edmond Rogers, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA and Elvis Antonio Rogers (Cheryl) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his brother-in-law Clarence Highter (Carman) of Norfolk, VA.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (7246 Granby St, Norfolk, VA 23505). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
