He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph J. Minor and Rebecca W. Minor; his children, Joseph Minor, Sara Riley and Lauren Riner (Troy); his siblings, Rick Minor (Karen), Krista Ratliff (Frank), Anita Sinks and Paula Britt (J. T.); and his grandchildren, Emily, Riley, Jack Minor, Jake Minor, Leah and Abby Riner. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
