He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rebecca, Alfred and William. He is survived by: his daughter Tamara; his granddaughters, Jennifer and Alyson; and his siblings, James and Carrie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
