It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Jackson Starnes Sr. (Chesapeake, Virginia), who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Starnes and Emma Starnes; his fiancée Carol Miller; his children, Alicia Throneberry (Gary), Kimberly Feuerschutz (Rudy) and Thomas J. "T. J." Starnes, Jr.; his stepdaughter Ronda Freeman; his grandchildren, Savannah, Stephanie, Brittany and Chevy; his stepgrandchildren, Bianca, Cayden and Gregory; his great grandchildren, Nova, Inara and Noah; and his close friend Alan Parrish.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320).
