We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2019, at the age of 96, Thelma Barefoot (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in South Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Jasper D. Barefoot; and her children, Susan Hubbard (Charles) of Tallahassee, Beth Barefoot of Boston, Jim (Jo) of Virginia Beach, Ken (Kathi) of Virginia Beach and Mike Barefoot (Debbie) of Virginia Beach. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson; brother, Calvin Eugene Albertson; and a host of other family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made in her honor to "Virginia District Nazarene Camp" at 5514 Parliament Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
