She was predeceased by: her significant other J. Douglas Collins; her parents, James F. Sabin and Marilyn "Jo" Sabin; and her granddaughter Lily Grace Collins. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Collins (Diane), Eric Collins (Carey Burkett) and Nathan Collins (Katelyn); and her siblings, James Sabin (Lolita), Mike Sabin (Teresa), Carol Dorais (Paul), Steve Sabin and Lisa Sabin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
