Russell (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Oriental, North Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent John Pugh. She is survived by: her parent Edith Pugh; her son Gary E. Russell; her grandchildren, Lisa Butcher (David), Megan Rudd and Shelby Winn; and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Hannah, Bailey, Dalton and Hayley.
