She is survived by: her children, Alisia Elaine VanHorn, Pamela Annette Lewis and Ruth Ann Chappell; her stepson Tony; her children, Terri, Becky and Buddy; her grandchildren, Michele (Robert), Philip (Kristy), Gary Lee (Teresa), Ray, Brandon (Jia), David (Meghan) and AJ; her great grandchildren, Alex (Brittani), Savannah, Travis, Jorden, Caylee, Josh, Samantha, Wesley, Summer, Ava, Penelope, Taylor, Phoebe, Lily and Gianna; and her great great grandchildren, River and Rynli.
