She was predeceased by: her father Edmund E. Elliott; her stepfathers, Denver L. Carr and William H. Gemmill; and her siblings, Robert C. Elliott and Linda S. Leist.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Spence; her mother Margaret Gemmill; and her siblings, Phyllis Slaughter (Harry) and Ed Elliott (Teresa).
