He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Patrice Ramsey Woody of Suffolk, Virginia; his sons, Rondrell Jovan Cox of Louisville, Ronald Edmund Woody II of Portsmouth and Rashon Ramsey Woody, Sr. of Smithfield, Virginia; his grandchildren, Rashaun Cox, Drayden Cox, Rahnia Aunay Woody, Rashon Ramsey Woody, Jr. and Jade Ayanna Woody; and his siblings, Melvin Lorenzo Woody, Wayne Ellis Woody (Jan), Faith Rodena Williams, Greselda Diane Woody (Thomas), Gail Cassandra Singleton, Hilda Marie Verndella Tune (Joe), Susan Vanessa Dickerson, Wanda Elizabeth Cupitt (Kevin) and April Juanita Epps (Malcolm). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (5605 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
