He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Cole and David Cole; his stepfather Andy Anderson; and his siblings, Bruce and Anita.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Tammy (Dennis), Corinne (Mike), Jennifer (Jim), Butch (Jenna), Amy (Ronney), Laura (Jeff), Len (Lisa), Kaitlyn (Jeremy) and John Speight; and his sister Ruth Hargrave. He is also survived by son and good friend; his 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oman Funeral Home & Crematory (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Deep Creek Baptist Church (250 Mill Creek Pkwy, Chesapeake, VA 23323).
