With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger Dale Williams (Chesapeake, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 18, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Roger Dale shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Roger Dale farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Z. Williams and Shirley Green Williams. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Williams; and his sons, Roger Williams and Joseph Williams. He is also survived by two daughters-in-law, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren as well as three brothers and two sisters.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Raleigh Heights Baptist Church (1000 Crowell Ave, Chesapeake, VA 23324).
