He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren D. Collins Sr. and Elsie Payne Collins Graham (Jim Graham). He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Collins; his children, Sarah C. Syfu and Robert N. Collins Jr.; his grandchildren, Ryan Collins, Colten Collins, Grayson Syfu and Everly Syfu; his brother Warren D. Collins; and his aunts, Dolly Stogner and Beatrice Stewart. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Khedive Shrine Center (645 Woodlake Dr, Chesapeake, VA 23320).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Khedive Shrine Center General Fund.
