He is survived by: his friend Wade Fulford (Debbie) of Greenville, NC; his cousins, Mary Ann Kerr of Sharpsburg, GA and Joan Turner of Suffolk, VA; and his former wife Debbie Silva Daniels of Portsmouth, VA.
These were areas that Mr. Frost donated to personally and felt like contributions to these organizations were of the utmost importance.
