He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Carol Barkley. He is survived by: his father Phillip Harold Barkley Sr. (Shelva); his siblings, Cindy Boggs and Don "Beattle" Barkley; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Jr., Melissa, Jessica, Nathan, Clinton, Neil, Corinne, Katie M., Elizabeth, Katie H., Olivia, Rosie and Jamie. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews, aunts, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
