She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Thomas Boyette (Thelma Mann Boyette) and Gary W. Ward; and her brother-in-law Steve McBride. She is survived by: her daughter Carlie Hendricks; her son-in-law Richard Koch; her grandchildren, Micah and Amelia Koch; and her siblings, Linda Davis (Robert), Brenda McBride, Cheryl George (Barry) and Larry Ward (Tracy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in memory of her mother and brother whom she loved and missed dearly.
