He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Woodard Wheeler and Lillie Belle Smith Quillin. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughters, Melissa, Jennifer and Rachel; his grandchildren, Paris, Robert, Ricky and Lydia; his siblings, Brian, Kenny, Lisa and Robin; and his friends, Wanda and Billy. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oman Funeral Home (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
