She was predeceased by: her husbands, George Toothaker, Jr. and Walter Toothaker; her son Steven Toothaker; and her siblings, Barbara Berg, Thelma Sensequa, Donald Downs, Virginia Currier and Cynthia Wilcox.
She is survived by: her children, James Toothaker of Buckfield, ME, William "Billy" Toothaker of Norway, ME, Karen Nelson of Oxford, ME, David Toothaker (Patti) of Waterford, ME and Lisa Burch (Paul) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Kerstin, Ryan, David, Juanita, Amanda, Crystal, Joshua, Daniel, Jessica, Cody, Brandon, Danielle, Justin, Lindsay, Robin and Stacey; and her great grandchild Swett.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
