She is survived by: her former husband David Cool; her daughters, Terri Cool and Sherri Wheatley; her son-in-law Ross; and her siblings, Madison Phillips Jr., Peggy Brabble (Gerald) and James Phillips (Nora). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
