She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Rothmann and Marguerite Rothmann; and her husband Jefferson. She is survived by: her children, Julia Craig Whalen (Timothy) of Chesapeake and Charles Edmund Craig of Sahuarita, Arizona.; and her sister Elfriede Ruhl of Schwanheim.
A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (522 High St, Portsmouth, VA 23704).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Sister Kitten Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 1872, Maggie Valley, NC. 28751 (www. sisterkitten.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping animals in western North Carolina.
