She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Weatherly and Mary Bone Weatherly; and her brother Frank "Rock" Weatherly. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Stephen Baggett, Jr. of Newport News and Audrey Hedgepeth of Portsmouth; her brother Johnny Phillip Weatherly; her grandchildren, Stephen Sebastian Baggett (Lina), Lindsey Rae Russell (Ted), Deven Alexander Baggett, Piper Hedgepeth and Peyton Harrell; and her great grandchildren, Sterling Baggett and Lucas Russell.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
