He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Swindell Martin and Ethel Berry Caraway Martin; his wife Gladys Jean Martin; his former wife Nettie Browder Martin; and his brothers, Ernest "Marvin" Martin and Edward "Bud" Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Renstrom (Dan), Doug Martin (Karen) and Susan Martin; and his sister Kathryn Walter (Dale). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
