He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Picone and Mary Bosio Picone; and his brother Brian Paul Picone. He is survived by: his siblings, Marguerite C. Eck of Reston, VA, Joanne P. Kubat of Virginia Beach, VA and Robert F. Picone of Chesapeake, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM at the Church of St. Therese (4137 Portsmouth Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (3000 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504).
