He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Buchanan Fail; his children, Robin Fail Marcus (Duane) of Silver City, NM and Bruce Alan Fail (Donna) of Chesapeake; his granddaughter Sarah Fail Mitchell (Bret); and his great grandchildren, Natalie Joe and Dawson Bruce Mitchell.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A reception will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to be made on behalf of Samaritan's Purse International Relief.
