He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marion Edward, Mary Kelley, Robert and Maude West. He is survived by: his parents, Robert (Bob) and Betty of Chesapeake, VA; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Mary Ann; his nephew Patrick; and his niece Caroline.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A reception was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
