He is survived by: his wife Freida Jane Wilson Hall; his sons, Jeff and David; his daughters-in-law, Roz and Vicky; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Lydia, Sean and Gwendolyn; and his siblings, John and Sharon.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church (233 Mann Dr, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
