Jeanne Modlin Buyrn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jeanne Modlin Buyrn of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Wilmer Modlin and Eliza Hope Russell Modlin; and her husband Cecil Morgan Buyrn, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Charles (Glory), Curtis (Megan) and Casey Buyrn; and her grandchildren, Jimmy, Riggan, Beau, Amelia, Avery and Alina. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oman Funeral Home & Crematory (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Great Bridge Presbyterian Church (333 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Autism Society.
