Roy; his children, William "Bill" Roy and Virginia "Jinger" Tarantino; his children-in-law, Lisa Roy and Steven Tarantino; and his grandchildren, Jackson Roy, Greyson Roy and Sydney Tarantino.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A reception will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
Additionally, as a Great Bridge Baseball Board member, he secured a donation of property which was instrumental in funding the current Southern Chesapeake Baseball Association site, reflecting his lifelong commitment to his community.
