She was predeceased by: her parents, James Burke and Hattie Burke; her husband William Ketchem Sr. (Bill); and her daughter Angie Sowers. She is survived by: her children, Billy, Ricky (Karen), Lucy and Dean (Barbara).
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 17th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chesapeake Memorial Gardens (524 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
