He was predeceased by: his sister Beth Ann Garbus. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rae Harris-Garbus of South Mills, NC; his daughter Krystle Slutman; his grandchildren, Trinity, Bryanah and Peter Slutman of Chesapeake, VA; his daughter Kellie Hoyt (Travis); his granddaughters, Bristol and Hartleigh Hoyt of Elizabeth City, NC; his brother Brad Garbus (Raymond) of Suffolk, VA; and his niece Amber Garbus of Zuni, VA. He is also survived by several cousins and close friends.
